Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS to addresses within the United States.

We offer UPS services: Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air, and UPS Ground.

UPS WILL ONLY SHIP TO A VALID STREET ADDRESS. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT P.O. BOXES.

PROCESSING:

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business days (Monday-Friday). All orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Holidays are not included as a business day. We follow the UPS holiday schedule.

Customers will receive an e-mail with the tracking number once order processing has been completed.

PRICES:

All shipping prices are calculated at the time of purchase. Prices will vary for each order depending on item(s) ordered which will change weights and package dimensions.

All orders are eligible for free shipping over $75.00. All free shipping selections will be delivered via UPS Ground.

LOCAL PICKUP:

All orders are available for local pickup from our storefront location located at 5483 Sunset Blvd. Suite B Lexington, SC 29072. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours of when the order was placed.
Please check the store hours for when we open and close each day.

TIME IN TRANSIT:

All items are shipped from Lexington, SC.

Check www.ups.com to calculate shipping time in transit to your address for all ground packages.

All UPS Air services are guaranteed, exceptions may apply due to unforeseen acts of God.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES MARKED AS DELIVERED. FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS CLAIMS SUPPORT. WE DO NOT REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHIPPING COST.
